We want you to be fully satisfied with your Core SWX purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, we're here to help.
Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@coreswx.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and shipping details.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an incorrect product was received.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Custom or special-order items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we’re happy to exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details.
Warranty Service
