Core SWX, LLC

Eligibility: Limited to customers who have purchased shipping protection coverage at the time of purchase.

Claim Limits: Maximum of two (2) claims within any consecutive 12-month period. See limitation of liability provided under these Terms.

Replacement Product(s): Once your claim is approved, a new order will be processed by Core SWX, LLC. and replacement product(s) will generally be sent for delivery within approximately 3-5 business days(provided product(s) is in stock). Claims will only be fulfilled with new Core SWX products
of the same model or other models of like kind and quality. Product configuration, features, compatibility, color, finish, and other characteristics are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.

Covered Incidents: Lost, stolen, or physically damaged deliveries of Core SWX products purchased directly from Core SWX, LLC.

Covered Products: Core SWX products purchased directly from Core SWX, LLC. through coreswx.com or other participating Core SWX sales channels or locations (each, a “Core SWX Property”), including,
without limitation, batteries, battery packs, chargers, power supplies, power distribution
products, mounting plates, adapters, cables, accessories, and other Core SWX products.

Dispute Resolution: In the unlikely event we cannot resolve any disputes in accordance with the Terms described below, including any claims under our shipping protection program, you will be required to resolve your dispute solely in accordance with the dispute resolution and mandatory arbitration provisions set forth in the applicable Core SWX, LLC. Terms of Use.

These shipping protection terms (the “Terms”) do not constitute insurance, but form a binding contract if you
have purchased shipping protection coverage. Core SWX, LLC.’s shipping protection coverage is optional
coverage and is not required to purchase any Core SWX product. Core SWX, LLC. reserves the right to refuse
enrollment to any customer for any reason in Core SWX, LLC.’s sole discretion.
