Return Policy

At Core SWX, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

 

Eligibility:

• Returns are accepted within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged and unused.
• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

 

Refund:

If the product is returned within fourteen (14) days with the original packaging and receipt, a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

 

Store Credit:

Products returned after fourteen (14) days or without a receipt will be issued a store credit for online purchases at Core SWX LLC.

 

Non-Acceptable Returns:

Items that have been opened and are not in their original packaging will not be accepted for return. Damaged, used, or incomplete products will also not be eligible for return.

 

Return Process:

1. To initiate a return, please fill out an RMA within the specified return period.
2. Provide your invoice and reason for return to obtain a return authorization.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
4. Ship the package back to us using a reliable carrier of your choice.

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

 

Inspection and Processing:

1. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it for compliance with our return policy.
2. If the return is approved, we will process the refund or issue a store credit, as applicable.
3. Refunds may take up to 3-5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
